Mikael Lindmark, our Chief Revenue Officer, has a 25-year career including roles at three unicorn companies. With senior positions at Saba Software, Fieldglass, SAP, Pymetrics, and Beamery, Mikael focuses on increasing deal sizes, improving win rates, and ensuring high net-revenue retention. He promotes a customer-centric approach using SPIN, Challenger Sales, and MEDDICC methodologies.

Simon Ehnholm is a multilingual executive with over 20 years of experience growing revenue and profit for multinational companies. Formerly at SAP Fieldglass, Simon specializes in strategies for external workforce management. He leverages his global network to help businesses find talent quickly, economically, and compliantly.

Martin is our CFO and a founder of Contingently. Martin has worked across Finance & Accounting, Consulting and Pricing during his career. Martin’s focus day-to-day is on the financial strategy and operations of Contingently as well as the relationship we have with our invoice financing partners at Aria.

Luigi Grossi, our Chief Technology Officer, is a specialist in technology integration with over 20 years of experience. He has developed enterprise-grade solutions for Fortune 500 companies and is an expert in robotic automation and business process analysis. Luigi holds dual citizenship in Italy and the U.S. and enjoys exploring new technologies, playing golf, and spending time with family.

Phil Biddle, Co-founder at Contingently, brings an invaluable blend of strategic procurement management and innovation drawn from his exceptional tenure at Siemens. With 9 Years+ experience as the Global Lead for Contingent Labour / External Resource, he managed / drove / continuously evolved one of the largest SAP Fieldglass supported global programs, covering over 25,000 External Workers across multiple industries and geographies. Phil is considered a respected thought leader in the digital transformation of procurement / cross functional processes for the ongoing optimization of Contingent Resource programs resulting in ongoing recognized cross functional benefits.Phil's vision for Contingently is clear: to support businesses to optimize Contingent Resource Programs as a lever for sustained strategic advantage."
